This timeless family abode is designed with a sleek sophisticated palette of rich dark timbers, taupe and deep blue tones. The ground floor is designed as a seamless and spacious entertaining space for both young and old. It combines a contemporary look, open-styled kitchen with an 8 feet quartz island and dining for 8 people. The living and a separate TV room and reading chill nook is tucked behind concealed moving panel walls to provide extra rooms for visitors. We combine function and style in the design while giving extra attention to how these spaces are used by the different family members, such as for family gatherings, entertaining guests, home parties, quiet evenings or fun sundays with the kids. Privacy design is meticulously incorporated to ensure that the spaces are used efficiently. Fengshui elements as well as green landscape areas are well incorporated to ensure a good flow of harmony, using the correct colors and forms. For the bedrooms, a hotel suite concept is adopted for each bedrooms with a different theme for the daughter and son’s rooms. Each nook of the home is carefully designed and space planned for each family member to use and enjoy.
