The interior amenity areas’ design concept for Highpark Suites Gamuda explores the seamless integration of urban Gen-Y lifestyle homes with green living, business, leisure, and community living. Located at a growing suburb of Selangor, Malaysia, this project consisting of two Towers of residences on a 5-acre land is one of the recent endeavours of MIL Design & Construction who collaborated with a team of professional consultants From wow-factor lobbies to sculptural sky gardens and courts, indoor sports and function halls, co-working areas and meeting rooms as well as fun, play areas for the little ones, these ammenity spaces are designed for residents to use as an extension of their homes. Inspired by seamless indoor vs outdoor living, flexibility, interactive moments, and a palette of urban materials, color scheme and textures, MIL Design & Construction pushed boundaries to create a unique, sustainable and holistic community living design where every space has the people and tropical environment in mind. This project has won us the coveted 2019 Shortlisted award, RIDA Malaysian Institute of Interior Design, Public Space Design category, 2020 Bronze Award, A’Design Award, Milan, Public Space Design category, and 2020 Gold Award, International Properties Asia-Pacific, Malaysia- Public Space interior category
